Booking Terms & Conditions (Policies)

System contain carefully detailed description of Hotel, Apartment, Transfer and all ancillary travel related product. In certain cases, such information is received from various channel, i.e. suppliers, Via XML or 3rd party sources and may not reflect all the amenities or services that might be available. In case if you required any precise information or detailing of product please contact our operations team.

 

The standard check-in time is 15:00 hours and checkout time is at 12:00 hours. Rooms may not be available for early check-ins, unless early check request is made prior arrival which is strictly subject to availability. However, guest can wait at designated waiting area at hotel. In case if guest arriving with late evening flight, please advise in advance to ensure hotel is aware of late check in and rooms are not released. In standard ways, reservation may be cancelled automatically after 20:00 hours if hotels are not informed about the approximate time of late check in.

 

Any early check out, shorten stay, additional nights or rooms, has to be well informed before or during the stay of Guest. No refund is applicable without getting written confirmation from supplier, and this is service provider/ Hotel’s final discretion. If the early check stay notification is received after check out, refunds may take longer because some hotels can be slow to confirm the exact stay of the guest. If your refund is likely to take longer than 20 days to process, we shall notify you via email upon receipt of your request.

 

Please ensure that you have selected the accurate nationality and place of residence of your guest during making their bookings. In case if there is any mistake, guest to be paid directly to the hotel on check in/check out. We, shall not be able to honor the bookings at the rate of originally booked. All booking must be made based on original passport and country of residence.

 

Hotel Star (*) ratings is provided by hotels (Direct Contracting) or our system is updated by our suppliers, including the Hotels. Beside direct contracts we do not independently or individually verify star ratings. In case if you need more detailing please refer to the description on the Site. Star ratings differ from location, domestic market terms and conditions, Importantly Star ratings is not necessarily reflect all the amenities or services that might be available at an Accommodation, some hotels maintain theme, it can be same room type but different amenities at different floor (levels). If some particular amenities or features that are important to you, kindly do contact our operations team and inquire as to the availability of such amenities or features might or might not be available at hotel.

 

All prices available in our system is final amount to be paid however some countries may have impose City tax, Tourism taxes, etc which are to be paid by the Guest. We will not be liable to pay this additional charges/taxes/resort fees/Vat as we have limited control on such additional charges. Nevertheless hotels may request you to make a deposit during the check in process by either form Cash or Credit Card. Please be sure that this is to cover incidental charges to your room. Any additional charges such as, room service, phone calls, pay-per-view movies or mini-bar items, the hotel will charge your card or offset cash deposited. the amount will be returned to the customer upon check-out if guest has not incur any extra charges during their stay.

 

Maximum 5 rooms are considered FIT (Free Individual Traveller) more than 5 rooms, please contact with our reservation team and we shall quote you as group fare.

 

No Show may result in entire stay charges and its vary from hotel to hotel policy, In case of date change or reduction/Increase in number of nights or change in occupancy, The Rates and Availability may change. Each hotel/service provider has its own refund and cancellation policy, as a result of which we adhere to the same. Also, applicable refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment or in the form of credit note.

 

The reservations which are applicable for refund as per the cancellation policy specified in each booking will be entitled for refund (if applicable) and will be refunded within 15 working days from the date of cancellation request after the deduction of payment gateway processing charges applicable if any. In certain cases this might take longer where the situation is beyond our direct control. If your refund is likely to take longer than 20 days to process, we shall notify you via email upon receipt of your request.

 

We are processing your reservation and bookings instantly, however in some situations wherein the booking confirmation is not honored by hotel or supplier, than our customer support team will try to provide an alternative accommodation on a similar category of property, for our mutual guests/Clients.

 

In case of Guests/clients is not agree with alternative offered, WE, can cancel the respective booking with ZERO charges and process full refund ( if applicable) as per the original booking amount ONLY. In any circumstances the Liability of the booking is limited to the original booking value on which the booking was processed. We will not be responsible for any additional loss direct/indirect for the same service or any other service availed by the guest/agents from us or any other source.
